Granting file access

If Clean fails, open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Files and Folders (or Full Disk Access) and enable DeskZen for Desktop and Documents.

Where do my files go?

Archived files are moved to ~/Documents/DeskZen_Archive/YYYY-MM-DD/, optionally sorted into Images, Documents, Screenshots, and more.

Undo a clean

Open the menu bar and choose Undo Last Clean (⌘⇧Z), or tap Undo on the completion alert. Files return to the Desktop.

Ignore list

In Settings → General, add patterns such as todo.txt, *.dmg, or Screenshot* so those files stay on the Desktop.

License & trial

New installs include a 7-day free trial. After that, activate a Pro license key from Settings → License. Keys are emailed after purchase via Creem. For billing or receipt issues, contact us and/or Creem support for your order.
