Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DeskZen macOS application and the website at deskzen.cc (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using DeskZen, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

DeskZen is a menu-bar utility for macOS that moves files from your Desktop into local archive folders on your Mac. Processing happens on your device. Purchases and license delivery may be handled by our payment partner Creem (Merchant of Record).

License

• The free trial lets you evaluate DeskZen for a limited period.
• A paid Pro license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use DeskZen on the number of Macs allowed by your license activation limit.
• You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App except as permitted by law.

Your responsibilities

• Grant the file-access permissions DeskZen needs, and understand that cleaning moves files on disk.
• Keep backups of important data. Use Undo promptly if you move a file by mistake.
• Use the App only for lawful purposes on devices you are authorized to manage.

Payments and refunds

Paid licenses are sold as a one-time purchase through Creem. Pricing is shown on deskzen.cc and at checkout. For billing or refund requests, contact tangyumeng@gmail.com and/or Creem’s customer support for the order. We generally consider refund requests within 14 days of purchase if the license has not been extensively used, subject to Creem’s policies.

Disclaimer

DeskZen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the App. Always verify archive locations after a clean.
